Clients may use their assigned username and password (you’ll receive these via email upon scheduling your first session) to login to Carepaths. This is where you can:

• fill out necessary intake paperwork prior to your first session

• review and sign release of information forms and other documents

• send and receive secure messages with your therapist

• access and download superbills
